I had a mixed experience at Papagayo Hotel Boutique. The location is fantastic, just a couple of blocks from the vibrant 5th avenue, which made exploring easy. However, my room was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the reception area, and I did face some challenges with the hot water. On the bright side, the staff was kind and attentive, which made up for some shortcomings.
